Please remember to book transportation when reserving your stay. The shuttle dates are coordinated with our most popular package, the Wellness Package 5 nights.
Recommended travel route from Oslo:
Train from Oslo Central Station at 1:04 PM, arriving in Kongsvinger at 2:22 PM.
Arrival
Our minibus departs from Kongsvinger Station at 2:30 PM and takes you directly to Finnskogtoppen. The bus will be waiting at the station, and the journey to Finnskogtoppen takes approximately 50 minutes.
Departure
The minibus departs from Finnskogtoppen at 1:30 PM and arrives at Kongsvinger Station in plenty of time for the train to Oslo Central Station departing at 2:39 PM.

Due to allergies, pets are not permitted on the bus.

Taxi
On days when we do not offer transportation, we recommend Glåmdalen Taxi (external link). Bookings must be made directly with the taxi company at least 36 hours in advance.
Fixed Rates for guests traveling to/from Finnskogtoppen
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM: NOK 1,065
Evenings (after 6:00 PM) and weekends: NOK 1,290
The rates apply per vehicle, one way, for 1–3 passengers.
By car from Oslo (approximately 2 hours)
- Follow the E6 north from Oslo towards Kløfta
- At Kløfta, turn right onto the E16 towards Kongsvinger
- In Kongsvinger, take National Road 20 towards Elverum for approximately 9 km to Roverud
- At Roverud, turn right onto National Roads 205/202 towards Svullrya
- Continue straight through Svullrya on Road 201 and drive for approximately 12 km
- Turn right at the sign for Finnskogtoppen
- From Elverum: Follow National Road 20 to Kirkenær, then take Road 201 towards Svullrya
